Magandang araw po Sir/Maam,

Nais ko pong iparating na meron kaming natanggap na Indorsement galing sa DAR National pero ang mga dokumento na naisaad ay tinanggal po, sa tingin po namin ay dumaan po ito sa province office ng DAR VII kaya tinanggal po yung attachment. Ina-attached ko po sa email yung dokumento na natanggap namin at sa tingin po namin para po itong transmittal lang po.

Sana po bigyan niyo po ito ng pansin, tulungan niyo po kami.
