July 7, 2021 Dear Mery Ann Jade Maniaul, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Jul 05, 2021 04:29:50 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for Request for CLT of my grandfather. Response to your request In order to ascertain the status of the Certificate of Land Transfer (CLT), you may secure a Certification of Status of Certificate of Land Transfer (CLT). But since the issuance of the said certification is part of the regular function/frontline service of the DAR, it cannot be counted as a FOI request. You can access the checklist of requirements and procedures for securing the Certification of Status of Certificate of Land Transfer (CLT) from the Official DAR website under the Transparency Seal (https://www.dar.gov.ph/transparency-seal). The procedure is in the video under the "Citizen's Charter" (Central Office, 2:34 of the video). Attached is a sample of the letter request to the Bureau of Land Tenure Improvement (BLTI), one the requirements for the Certification of Status of Certificate of Land Transfer (CLT), for your reference.
