Hi, i would like to request a certified thru copy of CLT under the name of Jose M. Maniaul with the PMS lot no 152/04075 and 152/04076. Just to make sure that this lot is still under his name and no one still it from him without us knowing about it.. one of the family trying to get this. I appreciate it amd thank you so much. a. Exact location of the property (Barangay, Municipality, and Province)
b. Land Title Number
c. Name of Landowner

Hi Sorry for the incomplete information.. here are the details below.

Address is located at Brgy, Lourdes, Candaba Pampanga

I havent seen any Tile under my Grandfather’s name as i only have the CTC copy with the previous owner title number 11692

It was originally from Zita B.  Ocampo until it was given to the farmers which is one of them is my Lolo Jose Maniaul.

You asked for Request for CLT of my grandfather.

Response to your request

In order to ascertain the status of the Certificate of Land Transfer (CLT), you may secure a Certification of Status of Certificate of Land Transfer (CLT). But since the issuance of the said certification is part of the regular function/frontline service of the DAR, it cannot be counted as a FOI request.

You can access the checklist of requirements and procedures for securing the Certification of Status of Certificate of Land Transfer (CLT) from the Official DAR website under the Transparency Seal (https://www.dar.gov.ph/transparency-seal). The procedure is in the video under the "Citizen's Charter" (Central Office, 2:34 of the video).

Attached is a sample of the letter request to the Bureau of Land Tenure Improvement (BLTI), one the requirements for the Certification of Status of Certificate of Land Transfer (CLT), for your reference.
