Dear Mr. Dolanas,
This is to follow up on my email request sent to you on June 15, 2023 regarding a request for copies of supporting documents (TCT-3734, etc) that prequalified Pablo Orgaya as beneficiary of CAR in 2013. 
The processing of my application for DENR Agricultural Free Patent of Lot #10688 & 10720 in barangay Sta. Cruz Lagonoy Cam Sur was put on-hold pending the plotting TCT-3734  in cadastral map.

Good afternoon Sir/Madam,

Based on your advice, please be informed that I have sent a request for internal review to DAR Secretary CONRADO M. ESTRELLA III (conradoestrellaiii@dar.gov.ph) on July 18, 2023 in compliance to your requirement to write within 15 calendar days from July 4, 2023 when I received your letter, see attached file.

As per your requirement, I have explained in details why I was not satisfied with your response. I was not getting any response or feedback from Mr. Adonis H. Dolanas despite of follow up emails and long distance phone calls.
