This is Carmel.I and my husband bought a portion (105 sqm) of LOT at Imelda, Ubay, Bohol last April of this year, under CLOA No. 00329408 granted to LETECIA ALACIDA married to JOSELITO ALACIDA dated January 18, 1996. We are planning to have our portion surveyed by a license surveyor but they are requesting the technical description and map. We went to  DAR-Bohol Field Office at the Municipality of Ubay, but the staff said they don't have the copy of those documents. Is it also true that we can't have a copy of "APPROVED' Subdivision Plan afterwards, since we bought a parcel of land under DAR?
