Dear Ma’am/Sir,

I would like to know if La Rosa Homes, a housing project of Nabaja Land Corporation located in Sitio Sumaguit, Baras, Rizal, is classified as residential lot. If not, is there a pending petition for re-classification from agricultural to residential land? May I know the status of their petition.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. If you would like to know the classification of a certain portion of land in Sitio Sumaguit, Baras, Rizal, you can contact the LGU of Baras, Rizal through the Municipal Assessor. In case the land is classified as agricultural and you would like to know if there is a pending petition for land use conversion, you can contact the DAR Provincial Office of Rizal (this is part of the regular function of DAR thus it is not considered as a FOI request).
