Good day!

I would like to ask your good office how to claim the (certificate of land transfer) CLT issued to Mr. Martirez A. Tuazon with CLT number 0-080460

Details of the certificate of land transfer are as follows;

1. located at Lanot, Roxas City, Capiz (06-03-80-020/023.00)
2. lot no. 00096
3. no reference existing title number
4. no old survey number
5. approximately 0.5600 has.
6. book number 060380/1981
7. page 640

How can we claim the awarded land because according to the local staff of DAR they cant verify it.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the issuance of Certification of Status of Certificate of Land Transfer (CLT) is part of the DAR's Regular/Frontline Service thus, it is not considered as a FOI request.
