Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Apr 26, 2021 08:20:26 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your Request

You asked for Waiver of Rights submitted by Florencio Santiago to Cover Land Holdings. 

Response to Request:

As per our conversation with you  via phone, you were informed that  your FOI request will be referred to DAR Provincial Office of Nueva Ecija, who have the file copy of the documents you are requesting, as per procedures the coverage of the landholdings of Sofronio and Florencio Santiago emanates from said office for their thorough evaluation and proper distribution to qualified farmer beneficiaries, which is in accordance to the existing rules and regulations of Agrarian Laws.

In addition, you were also advise to visit our Municipal Agrarian Reform Office at Cabanatuan City for your concern and as per information from our MARO office , last year they had provided you the certified photocopies of the  Deed of Transfer executed by Sofronio Santiago , as well as other available documents pertaining to the coverage under the Operation Land Transfer of the Property of Sofronio and Florencio Santiago.
