Good day, I'm a civil engineer and currently taking Master of Science in Environmental Studies. One of my requirement in the course is to create an urban land use management plan. As one of the resident of the City of San Fernando, La Union, I was tasked to conduct a study on it's current land use especially on the urban area. To help me on my study, may I humbly ask for a copy/ pdf copy of the latest Comprehensive Land Use Plan (CLUP) of the city of San Fernando, La Union. Thank You Very Much!
