Gud morning po! Patulong po sana ako kung may available records po kayo sa survey plan at location map ng CLOA title ng aking ama dito sa Brgy. Anunas, (Sta Catalina,), Angeles City. Ilang beses na po kasi kami pumunta sa City Assessor's Office para sana bayaran ang amilyar ng aming lupa pero hanggang ngayon ay hindi pa daw po nadedeclare ang titulo sa office nila. Salamat Po!

You asked for Survey Plan/Location Plan of TCT No 774 CLOA No 00804453.

Response to Request

DAR Regional Office had contacted you on your CP# 09559228274 to ask the details of your request . As per our conversation it appears that your concern is not with the DAR Regional Office III but with the DAR Provincial Office of Pampanga.

In this regard , you were advised to visit our Provincial Office so they will apprise you the status of the CLOA you have mentioned in your request. Our  DAR Provincial office is located at R&E Bldg., Millete Arcade, M. H Del Pilar St. City of San Fernando, Pampanga.
