Hi, I would like to request the  status of transfer of certificate of title for a land with OCT #8874. The land was conjugal property of my grandparents whose already dead. The said land was sold by my uncle and his other sibling which still alive without informing the family of the other heirs (child/spouse of their siblings who already pass away.) My mother whose one of the heirs was died before my grandparents pass away.

I refer to my letter of Sep 20, 2022 05:10:01 AM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Transfer Certificate of Title.

May we be also provided with a copy of the title, so we may verify if the landholding was covered by the DAR.

Land owner name is Pedro Moseñas Larbio, located on San Eduardo Oras Eastern Samar. Here is the attached CTC of title.
