I would like to request a certification/land title indicating the Heirs of Ignacio Binarao of Serongan, Manukan, Dipolog City. 

My grandmother's name, Severina Pausal was said to be indicated in the paper with the list of  Heirs of Ignacio Binarao (his father). However, the siblings of my grandmother said she was not part of it.

We need to see if it was really true.
