May 12, 2021 Dear Ricky Jay, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated May 12, 2021 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for Benancio Argete. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the information requested is part of the DAR's Regular Service thus, it is not considered as a FOI request. You can write a letter or coordinate with the DAR Provincial Office where the land is located to verify a CLOA. The details of the request must be provided by the client such as (but not limited to): name of the Agrarian Reform Beneficiary (ARB), name of the landowner, location of the property, and area.
