Sir, good afternoon,

I would like to ask your good office if there is indeed an existing certificate of land transfer certificate issued to Mr. Dominador V. Manhilan with CLT number 0-014065.

Details of the certificate of land transfer are as follows;

1. located at manlingay mabinay negros oriental (07-03-15-021/107.00)
2. 00027
3. no reference existing title number
4. no old survey number
5. approximately 5 has.
6. book number 070315/1980
7. page 240

according to them it was given to them by some staff of local DAR.
