Hi! I would like to request for verification regarding this property being sold to us:

Here are the document's information:
1. Certificate of ownership award number: 00009888
2. Title Certificate Number 5-1784
3. Title under the name of Carlito Carlos who is already deceased. 
4. Parcel of land location, Maputi, Naawan, Misamis Oriental


May we know if there is an on-going process of transferring this title to his brother - Mr. Quintin Carlos who's the one actively selling this parcel of land to us now? Mr. Quintin claims that within this year, the transfer of title will be completed.
