Thank you for the response on my query. My grandfather Quirino G. Balansag was one the beneficiary of PD 27 of Agrarian Reform Program of 1972.

On February 8, 1988 my mother Herminiana Balansag Flores, Daughter of Quirino G. Balansag called by MARO-Aloguinsan to claimed this CARP SWORN STATEMENT ON AGRICULTURAL LANDHOLDINGS forms.
My mother Herminiana Balansag Flores together with our farmers association went and verify multiple times to MARO-Alguinsan to verify the above documents but the current MARO incharge didn't acknowledge our documents because they didn't found any of those presented documents from their assessors record.

Response to Request
You were inquiring as to whether the landholding identified as Lot No. 00025 covered under Certificate of Land Transfer (CLT) with an area of 0.1100 hectare, located in Poblacion, Aloguinsan, Cebu, was issued with Emancipation Patent (EP) in the name of Quirino G. Balansag or in the name of Herminiana Balansag Flores.
Please be informed that per records available in DAR Provincial Office (DARPO) - Cebu, there is no Emancipation Patent Issued pursuant to PD 27, nor CLOA issued pursuant to RA 6657 as amended by RA 9700 in the name of Quirino G. Balansag or in the name of Herminiana Balansag Flores, involving a landholding located at Poblacion, Aloguinsan, Cebu.
