Hi! 

I am studying land use conversion (LUC) and was hoping if you could kindly confirm if there are instances where an application for LUC is not granted in full (i.e. parts of the land only can be subject to LUC). If so, what are these instances? Is this covered by a particular rule? What is the specific provision/circulars/admin orders? 

What happens to the application when the LUC request is not totally granted?
