You asked for Emancipation Patent.

Response to your request

In order to ascertain the status of the processing on issuance of the Certificate of Land Transfer (CLT)/Emancipation Patent (EP), you may secure a Certification on the issued Certificate of Land Transfer (CLT). But since the said certification is part of the regular function/frontline service of the DAR, it cannot be counted as an FOI request.

You can email your request for a certification to ltidcd.secretariat@dar.gov.ph. Likewise, you can download a copy of the DAR Citizens' Charter Handbook 2021 at https://www.dar.gov.ph/citizens-charter for the checklist of requirements, process, fees to be paid, and other details of the frontline service (see page 49).
