   I would like to request 

1.copy of deed of donation by Mr. Lucio Amodia to baranggay Antipolo Isabel Leyte.

I refer to my letter of Nov 24, 2021 08:57:40 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Deed of Donation  to baranggay antipolo isabel leyte.

2. Does the Deed of Donation involve DAR/CARP covered land?
3.  What is the involvement of the Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) on the said Deed of Donation?
4. Can you give more details on the said Deed of Donation (i.e. Lot No., TCT No., etc.)?

Good day, the said donation was made by the landowner named Mr. LUCIO AMODIA  to baranggay site now baranggay antipolo. There are confusion of residents living the said donated site because someone is claiming that the land was donated to him alone.. 
   I just want to clarify that to whom did Mr. LUCIO AMODIA donated the parcel of lands.

The donation was possibly made 1976 to 1979. The title owner was Mr.Lucio Amodia

However, you may wish to contact the alleged parties of the mentioned Deed of Donation particularly, Mr. Lucio Amodia and Barangay Antipolo to request a copy of the said legal document. Ownership of the land may also be confirmed through the Registry of Deeds (ROD) where the land is located or the Municipal Assessor's Office.
