Your Request
You asked for Xerox Copy of Deed of Transfers executed by LO Sofronio G. Santiago of Brgy Balangkera Sur, Gen. Natividad, Nueva Ecija.
Response to Request
As per verification from DAR Provincial Office of Nueva Ecija, said office had replied to your request by providing the Certified photocopies of the Deed of Transfer (DOTs) executed by Sofronio Santiago and Tenants Macario C. Serain and Ricardo C. Calderon as well as other documents available pertaining to the coverage under the Operation Land Transfer of the Property of Sofronio Santiago, covered by Title TCT No. NT-57007, located at Brgy. Balangkera Sur, Gen. Natividad, Nueva Ecija.
In addition , It appears that the Municipal Agrarian Reform Office does not have available copy of the DOT involving Eduardo Dela Fuente , Ricardo Mendoza and Victor Santiago.
