Good afternoon

Does DAR have published policy on how to determine  the  disturbance compensation for a leaseholder  of a portion of our property in Norzagaray, Bulacan? We are in the process of selling the said property and we would like to provide the current leaseholder with disturbance compensation as provided by the law  so that they will vacate the premise.
