Good day! I would like to ask for a copy of the Certificate of Land Transfer for Marianito A. Lubigan with CLT number 1187, he was a resident of Brgy. Biga Tanza, Cavite. It am writing to bring your attention to a matter of utmost concern that requires urgent resolution.  Mr. Marianito A. Lubigan, he has yet to receive the Certificate of Land Transfer. He and his family has been cultivating the land since 1970  until now. I kindly request your assistance in expediting the issuance of the Certificate of Land Transfer.
