Thank you for your request dated {2} under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your request was referred to DAR Albay Provincial Office for appropriate action , being the concerned Provincial  Office. However , OIC-PARPO 1 Patricia Rastrullo   , in her reply dated March 10, 2021 (copy attached), has referred your concern to the Philippine Coconut Authority , which is the rightful Agency that could provide the information you requested.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have  the information you have requested.
