Good day, 

We are writing in reference to the Land Use Conversion (LUC) Order issued on November 02, 2021 approving the application for LUC from agricultural to industrial use involving portion of the subject property with an area of five (5) hectares located in Barangay Mancatian, Porac Pampanga.

In view of the foregoing, we would like to know the status of our request for a Certificate of Finality of the abovementioned LUC Order. Please let me know if you need the LUC Number and other information.
