This has reference to your request for information dated 30 June 2021 relative to the number of cases filed, the date of case filing vis-à-vis the date of the resolution, as well as the average length of time to resolve a case in the Department of Agrarian Reform.
To properly address your queries, kindly specify which of the cases resolved by the DAR you are referring to. Equally important is the specific year that will be covered.

With regard to your clarification, the request covers disputes between parties submitted to the DAR for resolution. DAR should not be the petitioner/plaintiff or respondent/defendant. Preferably cases from 2010 up to the present should be included.
