Thank you for your request dated Apr 13, 2021 05:46:05 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your Request

You asked for Certification of Land Transfer.

Response to Request

As per stated in your request,  you want to verify CLT Number 025-7531 under the name of Necitas Donatos. DAR Regional Office III contacted you in your given contact details for verification pertaining your request. During our discussion you have informed us that your request is for the survey of the landholdings on the above-stated CLT.  You also mentioned that you have the copy of the CLT and even verified it at Registry of Deeds of Zambales that it  is under your fathers name.   

In this regard, as per our conversation via phone , Our office advise you to visit DAR Provincial office of Zambales at Brgy. Balili . Iba , Zambales  on  April 19, 2021 during their office hour from 8:00 AM -5:00 PM.  We have already coordinated with DAR Zambales  relative to your issue. They will apprise you the status of CLT Number 025-7531.  Please look for Ms. Sally Busok of Field Operations Division .
