I, Maru Alerta, a 4th year architecture student in University of Santo Tomas, would like to request for a copy of the Comprehensive Land Use Plan (CLUP) of Parañaque City for the purpose of Architectural Thesis. Unfortunately, the Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board (HLURB) - Proper is not yet enrolled in the eFOI facility. It was stated in the website to forward this request through email instead.
