Hi, I would like to seek information on what we need to do about this:
We are occupying the land for almost 40 years, and it was full of Fruit Trees, until now, it was well cultivated. My parents were not educated enough to apply land title before, only on 2015, we intent to apply and register the land to us. But we learned that it was already registered to other people. We had relocate the land and proved that it was the said lot no. registered to other.
Here are the suggestions given to us by DAR in our Municipality:

Response to your request
We were able to determine that the information requested falls outside the scope of the FOI program as it is part of the frontline services of the DAR. However, your concern was forwarded to the DAR Regional Office IV-B (MIMAROPA) and attention to the DAR Provincial Office of Occidental Mindoro for their immediate and appropriate action. A copy of the indorsement was sent to the email address you provided.
