Hi,
We would like to inquire the status of our CLOA. The relocation survey was scheduled on October 3 - 7. As per 2022 AO the DARRO (LAD) is expected to transmit the necessary documents to the DENR regional office for inspection and LAD timeline says that this should be done in 2 days, thus, inquiring on the status.
And may we request from your good office the copy of Carper lad form no. 31/35 and copy of segregation and subdivision survey returns.

Please see the attached 2nd memorandum issued to the DAR Provincial Office (DARPO) of Masbate which serves as a follow-up anent your request for a copy of CARPER LAD Form No. 31/35 and a copy of segregation and subdivision survey. Although the DARPO Masbate already responded to your query regarding the Joint Field Investigation (JFI) which you have asked through their electronic mail, your other request has yet to be answered by their office.

Hello,
Good day. We would like to follow-up on the status of my request about the copy of CARPER LAD FORM NO. 31/35 and a copy of segregation and subdivision returns?
It's more than a month since the relocation survey has been completed and yet we still haven't gotten a copy.

Hi DAR,
Good day my sister has informed me that LAD no. 51 has been posted in the barangay. Based on the documents landowner needs to accept the valuation within 30days, however she has not received LAD no.53 (land owner's reply to NLVA) to fill it out.
Can you please assist us on this matter it has been 2 months since we heard from DAR.

We received your follow-up request thru eFOI portal relative to the latest status of the CLOA of your sister covered by Lot. No. 343 with an area of 0.1288 hectares and Lot No. 344 with an area of 1.7145 hectares, both located at Pasig, Claveria, Masbate.
Considering that it is within the jurisdiction of DAR Provincial Office of Masbate, we have referred your inquiry to the said Office.
Further, we have instructed the concerned DARPO to directly communicate with you, copy furnished this office of the action taken relative thereto.
