Hi i would like to request information regarding a Emancipation Patent No. A-163935. 

The lot area is location in Bukidnon and is for sale. I would like to ask if it safe to buy an EP lot title because they're selling it on a cheapest price. The area is about 14,842sqm. And i am only planning to buy 700sqm.
