Hi! I am a student from Western Mindanao State University and I would like to request an information regarding:

1. The number of Irrigation Schemes being used in Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay.
2. The amount of water consumed with and without irrigation scheme.

These information will be used in our case study entitled "Evaluating The Efficacy of An Irrigation Scheme: A Case Study at Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay".
