Dear Ma'am/Sir,
I would like to request DAR official instruction or memo about cancellation of CLOA as per Supreme Court Decision (someone from DAR region 4-Quezon mentioned that supreme court decision agrees heirs of Mr. (Emilliano?) Gala...
I cannot find the copy of Supreme Court Decision, nor this DAR region 4-Quezon Employee mentioned she does not have copy. Her claim is impossible since it is DAR who will execute the Supreme Court's decision, therefore they must have a copy.
In addition, may I request the following?
1. List of cancelled CLOA
2. Mother Title No. subject to SC decision
