Hi,
I want to know the status of my Grandfather's CLT land. The name of my Grandfather is Virgilio Abencendario Salvilla. The land is located on Brgy. Abilay Norte and Jibao-an, Pavial Iloilo. Someone is really wants to get that tiny land. President Duterte wants to give it to farmers yet someone is trying to grab that land which is under CARP. My Grandfather died 2001. The land has no title but someone created an illegal title. Preident Duterte should know about this because my Grandfather work for this land for 40 years and paid it in Landbank of the Philippines.

Your FOI request is approved. We have forwarded your request to the concerned office-DAR Provincial Office of Iloilo (DARPO-Iloilo) on June 3, 2020 for appropriate action.
