Good day! As part of our requirements in complying on our Certificate of Registration in the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) I would like to request an Exemption Clearance Document from DAR about our project in Villa Felipa Magsaysay, Misamis Oriental. The lot is 63,723 square meters in total area and the Zoning Certificate Evaluation Report that we acquired in the Municipal Planning and Development Office in Magsaysay is classified as RESIDENTIAL.
