In receipt of your request. I would like to verify the status of the aforementioned Certificate of Transfer if the said portion of the Land in Brgy. Agus Proper, Agus, Lapu-lapu City, Cebu, Phils. is/are already transferred Legally to the legitimate title to Mr. Fedel Lawa-an. Thank you

This pertains to your concern relative to an agrarian awarded lots located in Barangay Agus Proper, Lapulapu City. As you had mentioned earlier, the subject lots are already issued a Certificates of Land Transfer (CLT) in favor of Fedel Lawa-an. These lots are described with the following lot descriptions:

The foregoing data given are however insufficient to verify the status of the subject properties. However, since the above-described lots are all located within the jurisdiction of DAR Cebu Province, we hereby advice you to address your concern to the Provincial Agrarian Reform Program Officer (PARPO) of DAR Cebu Provincial Office. You may visit the Office located at the 2nd Floor, WDC Bldg., Cor P. Burgos and Osmena Blvd., Cebu City.
