Dear DAR:
Please provide me copy of ALL SUPPORT DOCUMENTS, REQUIREMENTS SUBMITTED AND ANY RELATED DOCUMENTS showing Samuel Cachumbo as a valid and legal Agrarian Reform Beneficiary of PD No. 27 (TCT No. T-4172 / EP A-319291) which includes proof as tenant-farmer, the survey report of surveyor (and if state that we, Salanap Family, where already existing on that land surveyed by DAR but still included our occupied area in the survey and titled to Samuel Cachumbo, the original Title of the Land where Samuel Cahcumbo's "lot" was taken from, proof of his membership in a Cooperative, etc.

You can contact or go to the DAR Municipal/Provincial Office, where the land is located (the location of the land is not mentioned in your FOI request), in order to formally request the certified true copy of documents in relation to your concern.
