I am Jean Irish D. Martinez, a 5th year Architecture 
student currently working on my thesis, and I would like to
request for the soft copy of the following:

1) latest Comprehensive Land Use Plan (CLUP) of San Carlos 
City, Pangasinan and 

2) Zoning Ordinance of San Carlos City, Pangasinan

3) Zoning Map of San Carlos City, Pangasinan
