Good morning, I would like to request information on IRA allocations since 1987 to the present, to allow me to tract which provinces and regions benefitted from them, which became dependent and which became independent of them through time. I would like to track these changes in relation to their effect on electoral outcomes.

We were able to determine that this particular information is already available online. You may retrieve your requested information from https://www.dbm.gov.ph/index.php/programs-projects/internal-revenue-allotment-ira. However, it may be note that the data online is only from 2009 onwards.
