hi! 😊 good day! 😊 ... If already available, I would like to ask your good office for a copy of the implementing guidelines with regards to  SC's ruling favoring the implementation of the salary increase for us government nurses.....

Dear Mr. Bagtas,

This refers to your request for a copy of the implementing guidelines with regard to the Supreme Court ruling upholding the validity of Section 32 of Republic Act No. 9173 which increases the minimum base pay of nurses working in the public health institutions from Salary Grade (SG)- 10 to SG-15.

The necessary guidelines for the proper implementation of the compensation adjustment for nurses in public health institutions will be issued by the Department once the decision becomes final and executory with due consideration to its fiscal implication and consequential effects to other medical and allied health professionals.
