Warm greetings from the Department of Budget and Management (DBM). 

Thank you for your request, dated 10 July 2023 under the Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) or the Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

We have received your request for a copy of the Guidelines for the Implementation of the 9th Evaluation Cycle of the National Budget Circular (NBC) No. 461, series of 1998, on 11 July 2023.

Please be informed that the Cycle 9 Guidelines is still not yet approved and still subject for the evaluation of DBM. However, attached herewith for your perusal is the Guidelines for the Implementation of the 8th Evaluation Cycle of the NBC No. 461, s. 1998.
