Your Request

You asked for the following information:
(1) What funding support did Brgy. Maharlika receive from provincial/city gov'ts? How much, if any?

Response to Request

Based on your request, item numbers 1, 2, 3, 4 and 6 cannot be answered by this Office.

However, may respectfully give information on the IRA for Barangay Maharlika, San Pedro City, Laguna. The barangay was created through Republic Act No. 11295, which is approved on April 17, 2019. Considering the IRA for FY 2019 was already released by the time the law is approved, we are not in the position to recompute the FY 2019 IRA to include the newly created LGUs under the aforesaid law. Meanwhile, the IRA portion for the barangay was P6,075,967.00 for FY 2020. The population base was certified by the Philippine Statistics Authority based on 2015 Census since the next census is scheduled on FY 2020.
