I would like to ask for recommendations for fund sources and rules for procurement so we can acquire the following:
1) For 10000 students/families: https://www.alibaba.com/product-detail/2021-wholesale-10-1-inch-tablet_1600205987917.html?spm=a2700.galleryofferlist.normal_offer.d_title.29493f3bQPl5pr

2) For Learning Hubs in each Public Schools and Brgys: https://www.alibaba.com/product-detail/China-Supplier-Wholesale-High-Quality-50_1600114321898.html?spm=a2700.galleryofferlist.normal_offer.d_title.69d751fflj10Zp

DOST will provide us 50 e-tablets for our PWD student but it's not enough.

We will need a smart TV per barangay Day Care Center (49) and each Public School (49 elementary schools and 5 secondary schools).

And books, we need books and internet access for each site. There is such a thing as bibliotherapy, the use of books as therapy in the treatment of mental or psychological disorders. Also, can we have the complete book set from this provider for each Day Care Center (49) and each Elementary School (49) in our town? FILWAY MARKETING, INC., Address: 3/F Topy's Place Bldg. Calle Industria/Economia St., Bagumbayan Quezon City, Telephone No.: 683-0262
Fax No.: 683-0281, Email Address: inquiries@filway.com.ph I have a son with autism and he greatly benefited from books from this provider. It's pricey I got to invest because I still had a great corporate job before. I don't work for them but I want to provide the best for our constituents. I believe in this pandemic and raising cases of mental health problems, providing services like these eases the burden of education on families.

As a solo parent, the site www.khanacademy.org and the services of Taguig Tele-Aral (they still serve us even if we are here in San Miguel, Bulacan. I can really kiss and hug Cong. Lani for being a good mother of the city) has been really helpful for me to educate my kids because I can't afford to not work and be as hands on as possible for them. ICT access can really liberalize education for many indigent families and marginalized children in our community, e.g. the blind can read via screen readers, etc.

I currently work for PDAO-San Miguel and these services are really helpful. I hope you can do the math for us and point us to were to get help for funding these services. More power to you and your group.:) Thanks.:) God bless!:)
