Per records of this Office, copy of the CY 2007-2008 IRA is readily available and in the custody of the DBM Regional Office V. The IRA from 2009-2015 can be downloaded online thru this link: https://www.dbm.gov.ph/index.php/programs-projects/internal-revenue-allotment-ira
