Good day!

This is Jeremy Dean Pagwagan, Researcher for the City Government of Butuan City Human Resource Management Office. I am currently tasked with the benchmarking of the separation and retirement benefits for affected employees of rationalization programs from different government agencies, for the purpose of creating a fair, legal, and proper Rationalization Program for our City.

In line with this, I would like to kindly request a copy of available rationalization program of  Local Government Units.
