Item 3.10 and 3.11, Chapter 3 of the Manual on Position Classification and Compensation  published under DBM Circular Letter No. 2007-6  dated February 19, 2007  are discussions on the applicable compensation guidelines for casual and contractual personnel, respectively.  You may access a copy of the Manual from the DBM website www.dbm.gov.ph.
