For DEPARTMENT OF BUDJET AND  MANAGEMENT/ARMED FORCES OF THE  PHILIPPINES    HELLO PO MAG REQUEST PO SANA KAMI NG SARO/NCA REGARDING PO SA AMING LUMPSUM DIFFIRENTIAL PHIL.ARMY RETIRED2017 almost 5yrs na po hanggang ngayon hindi pa po namin natatanggap, marami-rami po kami naghihintay na ito luzon visayas mindanao, namatay na po ang ibang retirees sa kahihintay sa claims namin ito at hindi na nila na enjoy ito, at marami na po may mga sakit sa batch na ito at may mga maintenance na mga gamot na po kami  sa araw-araw, at may mga college pa po kaming mga anak na nag aaral, MAAWA PO KAYO PLEASE..

Thank you for your request dated Oct 17, 2021 01:36:34 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your Request

You asked for PHIL.ARMY Lumpsum Differential RETIRED2017.

Please be informed that the DND-AFP has yet to submit a Special Budget Request to this Department covering the adjustment of Retirement Gratuity Pay of Retired MUP as a result of JR No. 1.  Relatedly, we suggest that you coordinate first with the agency concerned for verification of facts, and/or appropriate action on this matter.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
