Good day!

May we request for the available data on Internal Revenue Allotment (IRA) utilization of LGUs per municipality and city.

We would also like to request for the downloadable reports from the database on IRA Reports in the DBM releases found on your website at https://www.dbm.gov.ph/index.php/programs-projects/internal-revenue-allotment-ira

The requested data and information shall be used in Devolution Planning, thus we hope we can receive our request as soon as possible.

You asked for available data on Internal Revenue Allotment (IRA) utilization of LGUs per municipality and city. Also, you requested for the downloadable reports from the database on IRA Reports in the DBM releases found on your website at https://www.dbm.gov.ph/index.php/programs-projects/internal-revenue-allotment-ira

Response to your request

We were able to determine that this particular information is already available online and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request. Below are our response:

1. May we respectfully mention that you can course your request for the IRA utilization to the Department of Finance - Bureau of Local Government and Finance since they maintain the electronic Statement of Receipts and Expenditures (eSRE) reports submitted by the LGUs; and
2. The downloadable reports for the IRA releases can be retrieved in the same website. Please right click in the target table > click "Reload Frame" > click export. An excel file of the data shall be downloaded to your device afterwards.
