Good day! 

Is a Job Order employee hired by an LGU performing functions which are not part of the job description of the LGU’s existing regular employees but of a comparable position not existing or yet to be created entitled to receive a salary of said comparable position?

For example, a job order employee performing the functions of a Local Legislative Staff Officer III (and possessing the all qualifications of LLSO III), a position which is not yet created, in a 4th Class Municipality.

This refers to your query on whether a job order (JO) personnel may be entitled to receive a salary of a comparable position in a local government unit (LGU).
