Specifically, we ask for the ff:
•	List of Programs and Projects submitted by beneficiary LGUs to the DBM Regional Office that are covered by the said Local Budget Memoranda (LBM Nos. 69, 71, 72, and 73)
•	Supporting documents accompanying these lists that include (i) approved Sanggunian ordinance or resolution; (ii) mechanism and period of implementation; and (iii) projected and estimated number of beneficiaries.
