I would like to request the Financial Statements of the said municipalities and city to examine their financial management practices and fund utilization practices to have a  basis for policy making and share their strengths in financial practice to other poor performing municipalities and cities. You asked for details of Ibaan - San Jose, Batangas Road Project, specifically:
- how much is the alloted budget for Ibaan - San Jose, Batangas Road from day 1 that construction started way back 2014 or early 2015 up to present for all contractors
- how much is actual cost per contractor per year from day since the construction started up to present
- who are the contractors (all) since day 1 of construction
- when is the target completion date of the project
