Please be informed that the latest copy of the BOMB issued in 2018 was authored by Atty. Julian LL. Pacificador, Jr., former DBM Regional Director, and we do not have a printed copy of it.  If you need a printed copy of the Manual, please visit our office anytime here at DBM Regional Office 02, Tuguegarao City.
